Eton House, in the centre of Richmond upon Thames, is getting a 45,000 sq ft refurbishment, with energy performance improvements and an additional top floor with a roof terrace.
BCL have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors for our client on their Drylining, Partitions and Suspended Ceilings package.
Works are due to complete in Early 2024.
