BCL prepare detailed cost plans at various stages of your project in line with the RIBA Plan of Work. We produce initial Order of Cost Estimates which evolve through your design process to full Elemental Cost Plans, outlining the estimated costs of your project from initial design stage right through to completion.

The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 is intended to permit building works to proceed whilst protecting the both the owner and the adjoining owner. BCL use our expert understanding of the Act to guide you through the Party Wall Act efficiently and cost-effectively.
